“Voices of Light”-with the silent film “Passion of the Joan of Arc”

Music and film combined for an unforgettable evening featuring the iconic silent film The Passion of Joan of Arc (1928) with live orchestral and choral accompaniment. The Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra and the SEISO Adult Chorus (with 10 singers from OACC) joined together to present “Voices of Light” - an unforgettable musical theater experience which merges the legendary silent film masterpiece The Passion of Joan of Arc with a live performance of a beautiful work by composer Richard Einhorn.

Dr. Christine Bergan, director of OACC, was featured as the Soprano Soloist for this uniquely powerful and moving event.
