Viva Ottumwa International Festival 2023!

OACC has once again been invited to perform in the “Viva Ottumwa International Festival”, happening on Saturday, September 16. We are very grateful for this invitation, and will be honored and happy to help celebrate the many different ethnic cultures found among the residents of Ottumwa and the surrounding area. The time of our OACC performance is still TBD.
