Viva Ottumwa International Festival

OACC was once again invited to perform in the “Viva Ottumwa International Festival”, on Saturday, September 7, 2024. We were pleased to receive this invitation, and were honored and more than happy to help celebrate the many different ethnic cultures found among the residents of Ottumwa and the surrounding area!
